Based in the Northern Tablelands NSW in Australia, Lauren Elise specialises in capturing the intimate depth of human emotion, the ethereal beauty of timeless and historical landscapes, the behaviour and personality of animals and celebrating the story or character behind identifiable objects or subject.

Her working ‘pallette’ employs a mixture of traditional oil painting techniques, acrylics, pastel, pencil and ink illustration.

With over a decade of creative exploration, Lauren's practice is rooted in the belief that art should be a sanctuary– a place for reflection, community, the discovery of beauty and wonderment.
